Can I use it on my phone?
PropHandled is a web app designed for desktop and mobile browsers. A separately downloadable mobile app is on the longer-term roadmap.
Is it available outside Canada?
The first pilot is for Canada, with CAD pricing planned. Expansion to the United States is next on the roadmap. Email Ryan if you would like to share what you need in your market.
Can it collect rent or strata fees?
Not in the initial pilot. Resident payments and bank connections are future features. The pilot focuses on property records, maintenance, people, documents and community coordination.
How do I get access?
Email Ryan about your portfolio or community. Pilot access will be arranged directly once the hosted app is ready; sending an enquiry does not automatically enrol you or start a subscription.
