This notice covers enquiries about the PropHandled pilot. It does not cover a live customer workspace, which will have its own terms and privacy information before onboarding.

What happens when you enquire

The email links open your own email app. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send an email. PropHandled then receives your email address and anything you include, and uses that information to respond, understand your needs and discuss access to the pilot.

A description of your portfolio, an approximate unit count and the task you want to simplify are enough. Please do not send resident names, private property documents, banking information or passwords.

Email and website providers

Enquiries are received in Gmail and handled through the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Those providers may process data outside Canada under their own policies. The website’s hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security.

This static website does not set its own cookies, load advertising or analytics scripts, or create an account when you visit. It does not collect payment details.

Your choices

To stop the conversation or request deletion of your enquiry, contact PropHandled at the address above. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or commit you to a paid plan. Information for any later app account or subscription will be provided separately.
